1. What personal information do I have to provide when I register?
The only personal information to the School Store is your name, email address and the password you create during the registration process.
2. How do I register?
Easy! Just go to the School Store webpage and follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Why do I need to register at the School Store?
You only need to do this once, and it gives you the ability to view and/or print any or all of your School Store transactions.
4. How do I sign-in?
Easy! Just go to the School Store webpage and follow the on-screen instructions.
5. What happens if I forget my School Store password?
Obviously, this creates a security issue. Please phone our toll-free customer service number at 1-888-896-9988, an agent will ask you a few questions and, if the answers are correct, a new password will be emailed to you.
6. Is my School Store password the same as my CyBux PIN code?
No! For your own protection, we recommend that the School Store password you create during the registration process should be different from either your CyBux Account PIN or your financial institution PIN or password.
7. Do I get a receipt for purchases at the School Store?
Yes! In fact, upon completion of every transaction: (a) an email confirmation is automatically sent to you; (b) an "Order Receipt" is displayed on your screen; and (c) you may choose to click the "Print Receipt" button at the bottom of the page.
8. How do I open a CyBux Account?
Easy! Just click the Open a CyBux™ Account hotlink and follow the on-screen instructions.
9. What personal or financial information do I have to provide to CyBux?
Very little. When you open and activate a CyBux Account, you provide a valid email address, you create a secret PIN code, you create an online user name (they even encourage you to use a nickname, or alias), you create your own security question and answer. That's all.
10. How do I transfer money to my CyBux Account?
Transferring money into your CyBux Account is as easy as paying your phone or utility bill because CyBux is a registered "payee" at all major banks and most credit unions in Canada.
At your financial institution, establish CyBux as a personal "payee" and then use any of four methods to transfer money into your CyBux Account:
- In person at a teller;
- Via telephone banking;
- At one of your bank's automatic banking machines; or
- Via online banking
